Introduction


Hi guys, you can call me S. This blog is a way for me to stay motivated and to track my results. Let me tell you-all about myself.
I am currently a student in high school, and I am a varsity swimming; I'm the butterflier. We're in the off season right now, and last season was dreadful. I decided I needed to lose some weight and get my arms much stronger if I wanted to get any faster at my events. So I am now trying to do just that. Here's a current picture:


So here are the starting measurements to track everything:

Bust: 36 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Thigh: 23.5 inches
Height: 5 foot 3 inches
Weight: 140 pounds
I'm not going to go by BMI's or anything since I'm an athlete, and thus it doesn't correctly apply to me. Well, good luck to those who are trying to lose weight too!
